Cal National Bank Bldg. sells for $12.89M

California-based R.P.K. Development Corporation paid $12.89 million for the Cal National Bank Building in Los Angeles on Feb. 22.

NAI Capital represented R.P.K. in the sale of the 50,299 sq. foot building, which is located at 2566 Overland Ave. in West Los Angeles.

The building is just two blocks from the Westside Pavilion shopping mall.

Parkwood Investments sold the property after paying $10.5 million for the seven-story building in March 2002.

Built in 1985, the building is two blocks from the Westside Pavilion shopping mall and houses the Cal National Bank, Wai & Connor law firm, Morgner & Co. accountants and a series of other medical of business offices.

R.P.K. Development is based in Los Angeles, while Parkwood Investments is based in London.
