STAG Capital Partners pay $18M for Utah industrial park

Boston-based STAG Capital Partners paid $18 million for a 383,000 sq. foot industrial park at 500 W. 500 S. in Lindon, Utah, about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City. Seller GNL Properties was represented by Bryce Blanchard of NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.

The sale includes four buildings, three of which are occupied by Moduslink, a supply-chain management company. The fourth is occupied by software company Novell.

Despite controlling properties across the country, this purchase marked STAG's first foray into the Utah real estate market.

STAG acquires and manages single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through third party transactions and corporate sales-leasebacks.

Address: 500 W. 500 S., Lindon, Utah

Size: 383,000 sq. feet
