Two story San Jose office sells for $10.5M

Drew Arvay and Douglas Sharpe, MCR of NAI BT Commercial San Jose represented Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union in the $10.5 million purchase an office building at 1641 N. First St. in San Jose, Calif.

The seller was Meridian North First St. LLC.

The Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union will use the two-story, 45,932 sq. foot building to consolidate operations in owned space.
