Virtu Commercial Buys Indianapolis Office Building

Virtu Commercial LLC paid $16.75 million to GPI Retail Properties II LP for an office building in Indianapolis. The 141,895 square foot building is located at 201 W. 103rd St.

R. Scott Martin and Deborah Luedy of NAI Capital handled the purchase for Virtu.

The San-Francisco-based Virtu owns and operates approximately 10,000 apartment units, as well as office space, industrial, and hotel investments in various markets.

Based in Indiana, GPI runs a portfolio of 22 multi-family, office, retail, and special-use properties largely within its home state.
