California apartment complex draws $4.5 million

California-based Roscoe Winnetka LLC bought a 42-unit apartment community in Winnetka, Calif. for $4.5 million on July 31.

Sperry Van Ness brokered the sale of Roscoe Apartments on behalf of the seller, Los Angeles-based Goldenwestern LLC.

Marcus & Millichap represented Roscoe Winnetka LLC.

Built in 1963, Roscoe Apartments is located at 20006 Roscoe Blvd. The complex, which includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and studio apartments, was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale. The complex also includes a pool.

Roscoe Winnetka LLC is based in Arcadia, Calif.
