by APCA Property Fund I, co-sponsored by Paradigm Properties and The Ashforth Company, purchased a 209,000-sq.-foot warehouse and distribution center south of Boston for $12.515 million on March 12.
Cushman & Wakefield's
Capital Markets Group brokered the sale of the property at 176 S. Washington St. in Norton, Mass., for
Nordic Properties and
Commonfund Realty.
The sellers used
Real Capital Markets to market this transaction.
The Ashforth Company, a Stamford, Conn.-based diversified real estate firm and
Paradigm Properties LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment and management firm, have joined forces to create Ashforth Paradigm Capital Advisors, a real estate investment advisory firm for affluent individuals and family offices.
The property, located near the Myles Standish Industrial Park 20 miles south of Boston, was built in 1986 by Mazda as a state-of-the-art storage and distribution center for its auto parts division.
Nordic Properties and Commonfund Realty renovated the structure for multi-tenant use. It is 63 percent leased to Bodek & Rhodes.
