First Industrial Acquisitions acquires California industrial complex

First Industrial Acquisitions acquired a 590,000 sq. foot industrial complex in Perris, Calif. for $31.8 million on July 18.

Seller National RV Holdings was represented by Grubb & Ellis Company. National R.V. will lease back the property for 10 years with two five-year renewal options.

First Industrial Acquisitions represented itself in the transaction.

Located on 48 acres at 3411 N. Perris Blvd., the complex includes five industrial buildings. They were built between 1986-2001, and have since served as National R.V.'s development center, corporate headquarters, and assembly facility.

National R.V. is one of the leading producers of motorized recreation vehicles.

First Industrial Realty Trust is the nation's largest provider of diversified industrial real estate.
