Mass. business center sells for $20.3 million

Capital Commercial Investments Inc. purchased the 712,000 sq. foot 495 Business Center in Tewksbury, Mass. for $20.3 million from Orix Capital Markets in March.

Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group represented the seller, who used Real Capital Markets to market this transaction.

The four-building complex is located at the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 133 northeast of Boston and has office, R&D and industrial space.

Capital Commercial is a real estate investment firm based in Austin, Texas, which specializes in locating and buying undervalued commercial investment properties throughout the United States.

Orix Capital Markets is the proprietary trading/investment and asset management arm of ORIX USA Corporation. It paid $11.8 million for 495 Business Center in 2004.
