Portland company buys industrial building north of Salt Lake City

M2 Properties of Portland purchased a 59,064 sq. foot industrial building in Kaysville, Utah, from Kaysville Business Park LLC for $5.35 million on July 19.

The seller was represented by Gary and Ryan Imbrie of the commercial real estate brokerage of Sperry Van Ness-Imbrie Realty and Allen Stockbridge of Sperry Van Ness in Park City, Utah.

Colliers International represented the buyer.

The building at 695 N. 900 West was constructed in 1999 on 3.8 acres just off Interstate 80 north of Salt Lake City. It is 98 percent leased to Hemametrics and Non Invasive Medical Tech Inc.

Kaysville Business Park paid for $3.75 million for the building in 2005.
