California apartment complex sells for $2.2 million

Group IV Pomona Properties of Pasadena, Calif. purchased the 15-unit Kolb Apartments in Riverside, Calif. for $2.237 million from a group of Calif. private investors on June 28.

Sperry Van Ness represented the sellers of the complex at 10085 Gould St., which was 80 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Marcus & Millichap represented the buyers.

The property, built in 1978, includes one- and two-bedroom apartments and less than 15 minutes from the Ontario International Airport.
