Westcore Properties acquires two California office buildings for $13.95 million

1521 and 1533 California Circle

California-based Westcore Properties purchased two Milpitas, Calif., office buildings for $13.95 million on July 18.

Colliers International represented both Westcore and the seller, Grifcar Partners, in the transaction.

The two buildings, which total 51,868 square feet, are located at 1521 and 1533 California Circle in Milpitas.

Completed in 2000, the properties are situated on 2.75 acres and were 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. The 1521 building is occupied by Patni Computer Systems and the 1533 building by Harris Stratex Networks, Inc.

Westcore properties is a private, entrepreneurial commercial real estate investment firm.
