LaSalle Investment Management purchased the 199,458 square foot Canyon Plaza office complex in San Diego for $55.25 million on June 29.

CB Richard Ellis represented both La Salle and the sellers,
GE Real Estate and
US Realty Advisors.
Canyon Plaza, located at 9808 and 9868 Scranton Rd., is situated on 6.25 acres. It features two four-story office buildings linked by bridges with a central courtyard.
Built in 1986 and expanded in 1993, the property was 100 percent leased at the time of sale by Conexant Systems.
GE Real Estate is a business unit of GE Commercial Finance with more than $59 billion in assets. US Realty Advisors is a privately held financial services firm.
LaSalle Investment Management is a division of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., a real estate service provider.
CB Richard Ellis is a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate services firm.
