by HDG Mansur sold the 10-building Thomson Office Portfolio in Boston's Seaport District for $120.5 million on Aug. 22 to
Crosspoint Associates and one of
Anglo Irish Bank's private clients.
Bill Moylan, Matt Pullen, Chris Angelone and Gary Lemire of
CB Richard Ellis represented HDG Mansur in the transaction.
The portfolio consists of 466,352 square feet situated on 2.5 acres.
The properties were built in the early 1900s and renovated in the 1990s.
Natick, Mass.-based Crosspoint Associates Inc. manages, develops and owns commercial and industrial real estate.
Anglo Irish Bank is Ireland's third largest bank and provided $87 million in financing for the deal.
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate brokerage firm.
