Opus Corporation sold the 104,582 square foot University Corporate Center Two office building in Orlando for $19.6 million on Aug. 22.
Joe Rossi and Bret Felberg of
Grub and Ellis handled the deal for the seller while the buyer,
Great Point Investors, represented itself.
Built in 2003, the building is located less than one mile from the University of Central Florida at 11486 Corporate Blvd., in Orlando's Quadrangle Office Park.
Current tenants include The Bank of New York, Amica Mutual Insurance, Distributed Simulation Technology and KLG Consolidated.
Boston-based Great Point Investors originates and manages private market real estate investments for institutional investors.
Opus is a Minneapolis-based real estate development corporation.
