Maridian Properties pays $11.2 million for N.J. office building

Hoboken-based Maridian Properties bought the 67,750 square foot Executive Ten building in Morris Plains, N.J., for $11.2 million from Ukrainian National Association Inc.

All negotiations were handled in-house while James Gunning and Donna Falzarano of CB Richard Ellis secured financing through GE Commercial Finance.

The Executive Ten building, built in 1984, is situated on 4 acres, about 25 miles from Manhattan in the Parsippany submarket of Morris County, N.J. It features on-site property management and a two-story atrium.

Maridian Properties develops, owns and manages commercial and residential buildings primarily located in the Hoboken area.

Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate brokerage firm.
