California shopping center draws $21.88 million

Bryant Ranch Shopping Center

California-based First Duarte Bryant Ranch LLC has acquired the 89,692 square foot Bryant Ranch Shopping Center in Yorba Linda, Calif., for $21.88 million.

Faris Lee Investments, based in Irvine, Calif., represented the seller, California-based Bryant Ranch Partners. Century 21 E-N Realty represented the buyer.

Located at 23621-23741 E. La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda, the shopping center was built in 1994 on 9.4 acres. The center is leased by a variety of tenants, including food, childcare, professional services business, a fitness center and others. The center is anchored by the Yorba Linda Ice Palace, but the buyer intends to reposition the ice palace in the future.

First Duarte Bryant Ranch LLC is based in Arcadia, Calif.

Bryant Ranch Partners is based in Newport Beach, Calif.
