STAG Capital Partners purchased a 310,572 square foot warehouse and office facility in Holland, Mich., from Aspen-Holland Warehouse for an undisclosed amount.

The warehouse and office facility is mostly leased to the American Bottling Co., with the exception of 20,000 square feet of office space.

The warehouse is situated on 22.5 acres and is located at 900 Brooks Ave. in Holland, which is a suburb of Grand Rapids.
