WexTrust Capital sold 957,691 square feet of Tennessee industrial park for $33.05 million to an unnamed, Boston-based investor.
CB Richard Ellis' Douglass Johnson and Don Albright represented WexTrust Capital in the deal.
WexTrust bought the buildings for $23.5 million from Lord Baltimore Properties in December 2002.
The two parks - Space Park North and Old Stone Bridge - are located in Goodlettsville, Tenn., which is a suburb of Nashville. The complex contains 13 buildings.
Space Park North contains nine buildings on 39 acres and 707,321 square feet. It consists mainly of bulk warehouse space and distribution space and was built in 1984.
Old Stone Bridge contains four buildings on 19 acres with 250,370 square feet and was completed in 1989.
WexTrust Capital is a globally diversified private equity and finance company that specializes in real estate and investment banking.
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate brokerage firm.
