New York company buys Tenn. office property for $11.12 million

Rochester, N.Y.-based Cleveland Retirement Properties LLC purchased a 51,194 square foot office building in Brentwood, Tenn., for $11.12 million.

Cleveland Retirement purchased the property from Kirkland Properties LLC, who constructed the building last year.

Rob Lowe and Whit McCrary of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller while Calton Realty Advisors represented the buyer.

The two-story building is situated on 4.3 acres and is located at 7102 Commerce Way.

The Kirkland Company is a boutique brokerage firm based in Nashville, Tenn., that focuses exclusively on the sale of multi-family investment properties throughout the Southeast.
