Phillips Edison & Co.Phillips Edison & Company is a fully-integrated retail real estate company with a portfolio of more than 24 million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers across the country.
Michael Almaraz and Louis Almaraz of
Grubb & Ellis represented both sides in the transaction.
The 63 percent leased Southern Hills sits on nearly 14 acres of land with 212,081 square feet of total space.
Phillips Edison plans to handle the leasing for the shopping center. Dollar Tree is the largest tenant.
