Olympus Property buys Tulsa apartment complex for $12.6 million


Olympus Property purchased the class B Riverchase Apartments in Tulsa for $12.6 million from River Chase Partners, an Oklahoma entity that includes Miake Case of Case and Associates.

Each of the 432 units have two bedrooms, 950 square feet and monthly rents of $530. The apartments are currently 95 percent leased.

The complex was built in 1977 and was originally used as housing for students at Oral Roberts University.

David Forrest, William Forrest and Eva Willis of CB Richard Ellis represented the parties in the transaction.

Olympus Property is a real estate investment and property management company that owns and operates residential rental properties in California, Texas and Oklahoma.
