Antares Investment Partners has acquired the Holly Pond Plaza in Stamford, Conn., for $14.3 million from Stamford, Conn.-based
Seaboard Properties Inc.Seaboard was represented by Jeffrey R. Dunne of
CB Richard Ellis' New York Tri-State Region Institutional Group.
Antares recently closed on a similar deal with Seaboard that involved the $86.8 million acquisition of Stamford Landing and 600 Summer St. in Stamford.
The Holly Plaza is a 66,308 square foot office building located at 1281 East Main St. The building was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale. Its major tenants include DKR Capital Inc., Craig M. Ferguson & Co. and Argus Investors' Counsel.
Antares Investment Partners is a vertically integrated real estate development and private equity firm.
Seaboard Properties is a real estate investment and management firm.
