Stiles West sells Florida retail center for $11.5 million

North Hills Square retail center

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Stiles West Associates Ltd. has sold the North Hills Square retail center in Pompano Beach, Fla., for $11.5 million to a buyer known as WCOT North Hills Square LLC.

David Donnellan, William Strauss, Richard Tarquinio and Todd Weintraub of CB Richard Ellis represented Stiles West in the transaction.

The 63,829 square foot property is located at 4650 University Dr. and was developed by Stiles in 1998.

The property was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. A new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market will anchor the property in a space formerly occupied by Winn Dixie.
