A group of investors led by New York-based
Murray Hill Properties is acquiring 1414 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan for $120.5 million.
The deal is expected to close in October.
Joined with Murray Hill in the transaction is private real estate investor David Werner.
CB Richard Ellis represented the sellers, APF Properties, who bought the 19-story tower in 2005 from SL Green for $60.3 million.
The Class B building in the Columbus Circle area houses over 121,000 square feet of office space.
Murray Hill Properties is an owner, manager and broker of commercial real estate holdings in New York City.
APF Properties is a real estate investment firm with holdings in New York City and Germany.
