CBRE sells Denver office properties for $52.5 million

Denver Corporate Center III
Alecta Real Estate Investment has acquired Denver Corporate Center II and III, two office buildings in the Denver Tech Center, for $52.5 million from CB Richard Ellis Investors.

Located at 7800-7900 E. Union Ave., the two buildings contain a total of 375,139 square feet and brought $26.25 million each.

The 11-story buildings were completed in 1982 and were designed by Chicago architect Thomas Beeby. Denver Corporate Center II contains 186,685 square feet while Denver Corporate Center III contains 188,454.

CB Richard Ellis Investors of Los Angeles is an independently operated affiliate of CB Richard Ellis, a real estate brokerage firm.
