Congress Group acquires Miami office property for $28.5 million

Congress Group purchased an eleven-story office building at 999 Brickell Ave. in Miami, Fla., for $28.5 million from a private Europe-based investment group.

The seller was represented by Herman Rodriguez and Ignacio Portuondo of Pittsburgh, Pa.-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

The building contains 96,718 square feet and its primary tenant is Helm Bank.

The Congress Group is an integrated real estate company specializing in the development, management and disposition of commercial real estate properties.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is a mortgage banking firm.
