San Francisco-based real estate investment and development firm
Wilson Meany Sullivan bought the 232-unit Stonesthrow Apartments in Tualatin, Ore., for $27.5 million.
The seller was San Mateo, Calif.-based Acacia Capital Corp.
CB Richard Ellis represented Acacia Capital, who paid $14.4 million for the property in 2004.
Located at 6455 Southwest Nyberg Lane in Tualatin, Ore., about 11 miles south of Portland, The Stonesthrow Apartments consist of 232 units ranging from a 504 square foot one-bedroom, one bath to a 994 square foot with two-bedroom and two baths.
Wilson Meany Sullivan is a privately owned real estate investment and development firm whose focus lies primarily in California. The firm has developed many of the crown jewels on the San Francisco landscape including the historical restoration of the Ferry Building, the Gap headquarters at 250 Embarcadero and is among the firms leading the redevelopment of Treasure Island, the former Naval base in the San Francisco Bay.
