RREEF has purchased the 192-unit Stratford Station apartment building in Englewood, Colo., for an undisclosed price from OPM Management Corp.
Pat Stucker of
Cushman & Wakefield's Denver office represented the seller.
RREEF made the purchase on behalf of an institutional client, according to Jane Maushardt, an investment officer with RREEF.
The 162,634 square foot complex is located at 7555 Peakview Ave., northwest of the intersection of I-25 and C/E-470. It was built in 1986, and the buyer plans an interior renovation of the property.
RREEF Real Estate is part of RREEF Alternative Investments, the global alternative investment management business of Deutsche Bank's Asset Management division.
