Wind Realty Partners has finalized the disposition of its office portfolio with the $78.75 million sale of 2100 River Edge and River Edge Place in Atlanta to a joint venture between Fort Lauderdale-based Mainstreet Capital Partners and RFP Investors.
Will Yowell, Jay O'Meara and Justin Parsonnet and Lee Asher of
CB Richard Ellis' Atlanta Investment Properties Institutional Group marketed the two properties, which are part of a 10-building portfolio. CBRE also represented Wind Realty in the sale of the other eight properties.
Constructed in 1983, River Edge Place is a 233,323 square foot office building that is 72 percent leased to tenants such as Principal Life Insurance, Level 5 and Lowe Engineer.
The 265,279 square foot 2100 River Edge was built in 1985 and is currently 85 percent leased. It's home to tenants Intercontinental Exchange, THW Design and Ronald Blue & Co.
Mainstreet Capital is a real estate investment and management firm specializing in real estate joint ventures with institutional partners headed by Paul Kilgallon.
