Lowe Enterprises is looking to sell the Old Orchard Towers, the former Skokie, Ill., headquarters of G.D. Searle & Co.

Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to market the two seven-story buildings that are located at 5202-5250 Old Orchard Rd., along the Edens Expressway.

Included with the buildings is an adjacent 2.5-acre parcel. The property is 75 percent occupied with its two largest tenants being National-Louis University and health care consultancy company Sg2.

Lowe purchased the property in 2004 for $16 million from G.D. Searle, which vacated the property in 2003 after being acquired by Pfizer Inc.

Lowe Enterprises is a diversified national real estate organization. Cushman & Wakefield is one of the world's largest commercial real estate services firms with 201 offices in 55 countries.

Carlsbad, Calif-based Real Capital Markets is providing the digital marketing solution for this transaction.

Address: 5202-5250 Old Orchard Rd., Chicago, Ill.

Size: 350,000
