Transwestern to market Houston's O'Quinn Medical Tower

O'Quinn Medical Tower

St. Luke's Episcopal Health System is placing the O'Quinn Medical Tower in Houston, Texas, on the market.

Transwestern will market the 28-story building.

The O'Quinn Tower contains 506,000 square feet and is located at 6624 Fannin St. in the Texas Medical Center. The property consists of medical office space, an outpatient hospital, laboratory facilities and retail space.

St. Luke's currently occupies the ninth through the twelfth floors while leasing out the rest.

St. Luke's Episcopal Health System is a faith-based, non-profit health care provider in Houston. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is a mortgage banking firm offering debt placement, equity, structured financing, property sales and loan servicing.

Carlsbad, Calif-based Real Capital Markets is providing the digital marketing solution for this transaction.
