CBRE brokers sale of 150,000 square foot N.J. office property

Vision Equities/Grosvenor purchased a 150,000 square foot office building in Parsippany, N.J., from The Atrium Limited Partnership.

Geoffrey Schubert, Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, represented the buyer while Jim Gunning, Senior Director of CBRE Capital Markets, represented Atrium.

The Class A property, located at 299 Jefferson Rd., is currently undergoing a capital improvement plan.

Vision Equities will employ CBRE's Schubert, Senior Vice President Marc Trevisan and First Vice President Craig Eisenhardt as leasing agents for the property.

CB Richard Ellis is one of the world's largest commercial real estate brokerage firms.
