MAS Cos. has acquired a warehouse complex in Sanford, Fla., for $11.6 million from Humphrey Realty Inc. Dan Colachicco of Marcus & Millichap and Jim Murr of NAI Realvest represented the seller while NAI Business Director George Livingston and Christine Alexander, principal at NAI, represented the seller in the transaction. The 240,000 square foot facility is located at 1201 Cornwall Road and sold for $48 per square foot. Built in 1981 on 10 acres, it was renovated in 1997 and 2001. The property is 97 percent occupied by tenants including All Pro Freight and Florida Extruders. Both have renewed their leases through 2010. Mr. Colachicco has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2004 and is a member of the company's National Retail Group. He recently brokered the sales of the Williams Executive Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the Island Club Shoppes in Lantana, Fla., and the Denver Tech Center I in Denver, Colo. Mr. Murr was formerly an industrial investment broker with Marcus & Millichap. He recently brokered the sale of a 55,000 square foot retail/office space in Winter Garden, Fla.
