CBRE Milwaukee handles sale of 117,564 sq. ft. warehouse


STAG Capital Partners purchased a 117,564 square foot warehouse/office facility in Milwaukee, Wis., for an undisclosed price from U-Line Corporation.

First Vice President Trent Poole, Executive Vice President Roger Siegel and First Vice President Scott Furmanski of CB Richard Ellis represented U-Line while Brad Sweeney and Patrick Brown represented STAG in-house.

Situated on 3.85 acres, the building is located at 8900 North 55th St. and is part of a sale-leaseback deal with U-Line.

Mr. Poole has been a member of CBRE's Industrial Properties Group since 1998 and was promoted to vice president in 2005. Mr. Siegel has been with CBRE for over 26 years and has been the Director of the Industrial Properties Group since 1996.

Mr. Furmanski, the CBRE 2005 Commercial Realtor of the Year, joined CBRE in 1989 and has marketed properties such as the Towne Corporate Parks and the Oak Creek Business Commerce Park.

STAG Capital Partners acquires and manages single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through third party transactions and corporate sale-leasebacks.

U-Line produces several lines of stand alone and under counter refrigerators and freezer appliances for the high-end residential marketplace.
