Philip G. Giunta of Grubb & Ellis' Boston office represented the seller while Triple Net was self represented. The Tufts-New England Medical Center executed a 10-year triple net lease for 100 percent of both of the buildings, which sold for $460 per square foot. The 14-story Biewend building is a medical office building located at 260 Tremont St. and contains 154,500 square feet. It was built in 1924 and renovated in 1992. The 97,559 square foot Tupper building, also a 14-story medical tower, was built in 1924 and renovated in 1983. It is located at 15 Kneeland St. Both are on the Tufts-New England Medical center campus. Giunta is a senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to joining the company in 2006 he was a commercial real estate broker at CB Richard Ellis - NE Partners, LP. He is currently marketing One Cabot Road in Medford, Mass., and One Jacob Way in Reading, Mass.
