Cambridge Properties Inc. has sold the Eastfield at Prosperity Village to Los Angeles-based
Curtis-Rosenthal Inc. for $18.53 million.
Steve Slattery, president of
SMS Real Estate Investment Services Inc., represented Cambridge while David Rosenthal handled the in-house negotiations for the buyer.
Built in 2003, the 88,200 square foot retail property is located at 13010-13108 Eastfield Rd. It contains five buildings and is home to such tenants as Quizno's Subs, Lowes Food and Bank of America.
Huntersville, N.C., has a population of roughly 25,000 people and is located 15 miles north of Charlotte.
SMS Real Estate is a Charlotte-based real estate firm specializing in the brokerage of investment properties in the Carolinas.
Slattery formed SMS in 2004 after leaving his vice president position at Trammell Crow Company. A graduate of Claremont Men's College, Slattery has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
