102 S. Main St.
Adelphia Corp. has placed a $30 million price tag on its former headquarters in Coudersport, Pa.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based LFC Group and Grubb & Ellis Co. are currently marketing the 72,000 square foot property.

Coudersport, which is in north central Pennsylvania, sits roughly 180 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

The building, completed in 2002 and located at 102 S. Main St., is being relinquished after its top officials were convicted of multiple charges of securities fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and bank fraud.

Adelphia subsequently filed bankruptcy in 2002 and is now settling its debts.

The building is being sold through an online auction on the LFC Web site and has a bid deadline of Oct. 11.

Address: 102 S. Main St., Coudersport, Pa.

Size: 72,000 square feet

Built: 2002
