Corporate Realty Solutions finalizes $12.3M sale of Pa. manufacturing facility

Iron Mountain has acquired a 225,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Linfield Corporate Center in Royersford, Pa., for $12.3 million from Wetherill Associates Inc..

Duke Kennedy of Corporate Realty Solutions represented Wetherill in the transaction while Peter Greenhalg of Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania Inc. represented Iron Mountain.

The two-story property is located at 1101 Enterprise Drive. Built in 1994, the building contains 60,000 square feet of office space. Iron Mountain will occupy 200,000 square feet of the property with Wetherill occupying the remaining 25,000 square feet.

Royersford is approximately 32 miles northwest of Philadelphia and has a population of 4,626, according to 2000 census figures.

Iron Mountain is a Boston-based records management and storage company.

Wetherill provides products and services to the electrical rebuilding industry.

Kennedy has been a corporate real estate broker since 1994. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, he has represented clients such as Chemical Leaman, Synygy, Inc., QVC, Inc. and Safeguard Scientific.
