RP Properties has sold the Hollywood Plaza Shopping Center in Orlando, Fla., to an affiliate of Jaymar Estates for $17 million.

CB Richard Ellis' Private Client Group represented the seller in the transaction.
The 56,666 square foot property is 100 percent leased to tenants such as Friday's Front Row Grill, Bargain World and BOLA Ristorante. It's located at International Drive and Sand Lake Road and was built in 1995 by Orlando developer Rashid Khatib.
RP Properties will continue to operate the shopping center for Jaymar Estates.
Baker is a first vice president with CBRE Orlando and been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981 when he joined CBRE's New Orleans office as a retail specialist. Prior to that, Baker was employed by Michael J. Lipsey and Associates in New Orleans.
RP Properties is based in Los Angeles and is one of the nation's largest privately held shopping-center owners.
