Hendricks & Partners Dallas finalizes Texas multi-family sale

Savannah Trails Apartments

Dallas Two LLC of Canmore, a Canadian investment group, has purchased Savannah Trails Apartments in Denton, Texas, from Apple Creek Partnership LP for an undisclosed price.

The property was marketed for $13.7 million.

Peter Hartnett of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office brokered the transaction.

The 308-unit apartment complex is located at 1610 E. McKinney St. It contains 19 residential buildings on 11.4 acres and was built in 1985.

Denton, Texas, is a community of 80,000 roughly 40 miles north of Dallas.
