The properties are the 506-unit Cloisters Apartments and Townhomes at 5987 Thunder Hollow Drive, the 316-unit Country Club Apartments at 1130 Pine Valley Lane, the 88-unit Hawthorne Hills Apartments at 1801 Brownstone Blvd. and the 150-unit Woodlands at 2423 Cheyenne Blvd. The four complexes contain a total of 1,060 units and have an average occupancy rate in the mid-90s.
