Marcus & Millichap negotiate $20 million sale of Colorado apartments

Holland Holdings IV Covington has purchased the Covington Ridge Apartments in Thornton, Colo., for $20 million from Hudson Ideal Co.

David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Jordan Robbins of Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.

Built in 1996, the 216-unit apartment complex is located at 10571 Colorado Blvd.

Thornton, Colo., 10 miles north of Denver, is the sixth largest city in Colorado with a population of roughly 105,182 people.

In the past year, Woodward, Potarf and Robbins have sold over $320 million worth of apartment properties totaling 4,700 units.
