Cushman & Wakefield to market Chicago's Citicorp Plaza

Apollo Real Estate Advisors is placing the three-building Citicorp Plaza near O'Hare International Airport in Chicago on the market through Cushman & Wakefield's Paul Lundstedt.

The 600,000 square foot complex, which was completed in phases between 1980-1982 and renovated in the 1990s, is expected to have a 90 percent occupancy rate by the end of the year.

Reports claim the property, which is located at 8410-8430 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., could fetch as much as $100 million.
