Lee & Associates handles $28M sale of California self-storage properties

Aim All Storage has sold two self-storage facilities in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., for $28.7 million to Price Self Storage.

Clifford Crowe and David Anderson of Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The first property, located at 10005 Arrow Route St., contains 110,972 square feet and sold for $11.7 million. The second facility, which sold for $18 million, contains 160,110 square feet and is located at 6599 Haven Ave.

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., a city of roughly 128,000 people, is approximately 42 miles east of Los Angeles.

Anderson joined Lee & Associates in 2005 and has been involved with commercial real estate for over 20 years. He graduated from the Intercultural Open Multiversity in Denver, Colo.

Crowe, a real estate professional since 1977, is the former owner of a full-service real estate company in Hobbs, N.M. He is a Certified Real Estate Broker and an associate priest with Church of the Advent
