ARA sells New Hampshire multi-family

The Dolben Company has acquired the Emerson Gardens in Lebanon, N.H., for $21.6 million from Emerson Gardens LP.

Travis D'Amato, Richard Robinson and Terry Scott of Apartment Realty Advisors represented the seller.

Emerson Gardens was developed in 2004 by SMC Management Corporation and is located at 19 Spencer St. It consists of two four-story buildings that were 94 percent occupied at time of sale.

Lebanon is located approximately 60 miles northwest of Concord, N.H.

The Dolben Company is a full-service Boston-based real estate company specializing in management, marketing and brokerage services.

The three-man brokerage team of D'Amato, Robinson and Scott recently completed the $124.6 million sale of the Highlands at Dearborn in Peabody, Mass., and the $11.2 million sale of the Morgan Square apartments in Springfield, Mass.
