Lanspring LP has acquired the three-building Pleasantburg Plaza retail center in Greenville, S.C., from Hammond Realty, LLC.

NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the transaction.
The 14,300 square foot retail center is situated on 1.23 acres. It was built in 1983 with additional buildings added in 1999 and 2004. Located just off I-385 at 413-415 N. Pleasantburg Drive, major tenants of the property include State Farm Insurance, Signs By Tomorrow, Columbia Beauty Supply and Staff Masters.
Lyerly joined NAI Earle Furman as a broker in 2003 and specializes in retail and industrial properties. Prior to that, he was the director of national account sales for Sprint PCS in the Southeast and has also worked for Michelin North America in California. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and Finance.
Wright, a principal and vice president with NAI Earle Furman, has been with company since 1998. He has worked in the Commercial Brokerage Division as a sales representative and holds a marketing degree from Clemson University. Wright is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
