10/23/2007Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of Idaho office property

In its fourth acquisition this month, Boston-based STAG Capital Partners has purchased a 43,843 square foot office building in Pocatello, Idaho, from Pioneer Block, Inc. Vincent Schwab and Scott Pertel of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction. Built on 2.07 acres, the office building is located at 805 North Main St. It was 100 percent leased at the time of sale to Convergys, human resources and outsourcing provider. Pocatello is roughly 160 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah. Earlier in October, STAG purchased a 34,800 square foot flex/R&D property in Sparks, Md., four buildings at Virginia College in Jackson, Miss., a 339,179 square foot manufacturing, warehouse in Mayville, Wis., and a 117,564 square foot warehouse/office facility in Milwaukee. Boston-based STAG Capital Partners acquires and manages single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through third party transactions and corporate sale-leasebacks.
