HFF markets $14 million sale of Search Plaza in Dallas

Equastone has agreed to purchase the 154,767 square foot Search Plaza in Dallas for $14 million from Dallas-based L&B Realty Advisors.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property for L&B.

The seven-story building was constructed in 1985 on 3.4 acres. It's located at 10670 N. Central Expressway and is 58 percent leased to tenants such as American Realty Trust, the Dallas Business Journal and the law firm of Hurt & Lily.

Kim Butler and Linda Simpson of Transwestern's Dallas office are the leasing agents for the property.
