Tikijian Associates negotiates sale of Indianapolis multi-family property

An affiliate of Cincinnati-based Hunt Development Company has purchased the 252-unit Sand Creek Woods apartment community in Fishers, Ind., for an undisclosed price from Carmel, Ind.-based developer J.C. Hart Company.

George Tikijian of Tikijian Associates brokered the sale.

Built by J.C. Hart Company in 1997, the Sand Creek Woods contains 24 buildings on 19 acres. It is located at 116 Cumberland Rd., and is Hunt Development's fourth multi-family community in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The sale includes 13.1 acres of undeveloped land.

Fishers is roughly 22 miles north of Indianapolis.

Tijikian founded Tikijian Associates in 2005 after working in CB Richard Ellis' Indianapolis office, where he specialized in the sale of apartment properties.
