ORIX Real Estate Capital and Northbrook, Ill.-based
Boulder Net Lease Funds, LLC has purchased a Sprint Nextel call center in Kansas City, Mo., on the Kansas/Missouri state line from
Gateway, an Irvine, Calif.-based computer company.

CB Richard Ellis' Kansas City office represented Gateway in the transaction.
The two-story building was built in 1996 on 22 acres. It is located at 1414 Genessee St. and was renovated in 2006. Sprint Nextel currently occupies 100 percent of the property with nearly 1,000 employees.
ORIX Real Estate Capital develops, acquires, finances and manages real estate properties in the United States. Boulder Net Lease Funds, LLC is a sponsor of private equity real estate funds focused exclusively on the net leased sector.
Hitchcock recently joined CBRE's Private Client Group, specializing in the sale of office properties. He is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
